This model was built for a private customer, as a christmas present for his son. One of my personal favourites, the Sabre was a beautiful aircraft. This model was completed with some additional detailing in the cockpit and an FOD cover in the intake, but otherwise only seatbelts were added. The decals are from the kit and portray a member of the famed Golden Hawks, a Canadian precision flying team. Please note, since this kit was being shipped across the nation, I left the pitot tube off, as it was interferring with the foam cradle built to ship the model. The photos were taken about 5 minutes before the customer left for the airport, and he installed the part on arrival.
